ALL orders take 3 to 5 business days to be processed and packed (Estimated wait time after your order has been placed is one week). Weekends and holidays are NOT included. All items are shipped via USPS priority mail.
Pre-order items take 7-10 business days to process then shipped unless shipment day is listed.
Once orders are processed and you have received your tracking number via email PLEASE allow 24-48hrs for USPS to scan your package in. For updates on your package you will need to contact USPS customer service on updates with tracking. We are not responsible for any delays or appointments.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service.
Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EXAMPLE: If you live in an apt complex you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your order.
We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.
